Fee: $475.00 (includes handouts, break refreshments, lunch and all applicable state sales taxes)

Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships are being provided by a Consultation Education and Training (CET) grant funded by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth. Scholarships are limited to individuals from small-medium sized businesses (generally less than 250 employees) in the State of Michigan. Scholarships will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with the sponsors reserving the right to limit the number of scholarship recipients from any single organization in order to serve as many Michigan organizations as possible. A scholarship does not cover costs associated with travel, lodging, meals and refreshments.

Scholarships are granted conditionally upon the receipt of a nonrefundable$75 fee to defray lunch and refreshment costs. Indicate on the registration form if you are applying for a scholarship. (If you are granted a scholarship and you have submitted a full registration fee, you will be refunded the difference. If you submit a $75 fee and are not granted a scholarship, the $75 fee will be refunded or credited toward the full registration fee, space permitting.)
